A decade on the road with electronic music's defining artists. Twenty-five years inside the music industry. Now I walk it with you.
I've spent twenty-five years inside the music industry — on tour buses, backstage, in label meetings, in studios, and in the quiet moments after the show when the adrenaline fades and the doubts set in.
I know the highs and I know the Monday morning crashes. I work with a small number of artists and companies at a time, which means every engagement gets my full attention. I only say yes when I can genuinely add value.
I am not a therapist and not a traditional manager. I am someone who has been there — and who knows what it actually takes.
Most artists have a manager who handles logistics, or a mentor who gives advice. Very few have someone who does both — and who is also available on the Monday after the gig when everything feels harder than it should.
Companies, festivals, hotels, and brands call me when they want the music and cultural dimension of something to feel genuinely considered — not assembled by an agency that has never been inside the industry.
I am not an agency. I don't take on volume. Whether you are an artist finding your way or a brand trying to connect with a culture you respect, the work starts with a real conversation.
Fluent in music, strategy, and the spaces between the two.
I take on very few clients at a time. Every engagement gets my full attention. I only say yes when I can genuinely add value.
What happens in our work stays between us. Confidentiality is not a clause — it is the foundation of how I operate.
I am not interested in quick wins. I am interested in building something that lasts — for you, and for the work.
Reach out and tell me what you are working on. I will let you know honestly whether and how I can help.
